Duties and
Responsibilities:
In this role your will:
Provide help desk support to end users on all IT systems Respond to software and hardware inquiries Manage and prioritize end user tickets Respond to landline and cell inquiries Install, configure, and administer the IT network systems Update and maintain IT checklist/log Manage VLANs for network switches Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot network switches Assist Network Administrator repair/maintain local and remote servers Monitor servers and ensure they are operational Manage server related requests Manage active directory Perform IT related logistic activities and assist in IT related procurement and IT software/hardware inventory Create user and email accounts for new employees Create telephone extensions for new employees Set up laptop/desktop and printers for new employees Configure cellphones for new employees Other duties as assigned Skills and
Qualifications:
Associates/University Degree in a computer related discipline 2-4 years in a similar role Ability to travel to Canada and Mexico Ability to write, read, and speak Spanish Experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems Experience with computer hardware and software Demonstrated troubleshooting and decision making skills Experience with network equipment (switches, access points, and firewalls) Intermediate experience with Microsoft office 2010/2013 (including Lync) Ability to write, read, and speak in English SAP experience an asset.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
