CNC Machine Operator/Set-up - Weekend Shift - FRI-SUN (36hr)

Two shifts are open, both DAY and NIGHT Shift. The shift will be Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 12 hours per day (36 hr). You will be paid for 40 hr, but only work 36!!!
Job Duties:
1. Use micrometers, calipers, pin gages, comparator and various other inspection equipment appropriately.
2. Turn on machine. Inspect for obvious problems. Load and execute programs.
3. Load material into vises as required, making sure all chips have been cleaned out of clamping areas before tightly securing vise jaws.
4. Verify product passes first inspection at beginning of each shift and every inspection quantity specified on the work order (i.e.: Every 15 pieces). During the middle of a run, the parts should be measured while the machine is running after a quick visual inspection while parts are being relocated of taken out of the machine. If a part fails, contact engineering and/or production manager before continuing. Adjustments will be made by set-up personnel until the product meets requirements.
5. Operate machine watching and listening for possible problems. (I.e. Loud noises, unusual sounds, broken or worn tooling etc.)
6. Ability to understand and modify tool offsets.
7. Inspect and replace broken/worn tooling. Ability to touch off newly installed tooling.
8. Ability to meet or exceed production rates stated on work order.
9. Read, understand information in workmanship standards.
10. Fill out appropriate sections of work order.
11. Handle, store, use micrometers, calipers, gages appropriately

Minimum Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent; reading, basic math
Blue print reading.
Tool design, machine repair helpful.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
