Bilingual Recruiter
CorTech is currently looking for an energetic, driven Recruiter to join our team in Geneva, IL.
This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, our employees, and our supporting branches as well as providing high volume recruiting capabilities.
The ideal candidate will be engaging, motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, and personable with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
Recruitment and Candidate PlacementEnsures timely candidate placements through vigorous recruiting efforts and maintaining pipelines of qualified candidates.
Utilizes recruiting resources such as websites, social media, networking events, job fairs, etc.
to attract talent.
Facilitates the selection process including screening, interviews, hiring, conducting orientations, and completing all compliances paperwork.
Handles and prioritizes a high volume of requisitions.
Maintains thorough understanding and knowledge of current hiring practices, recruitment strategies, and staffing industry trendsAnalyzes client recruiting needs and works with account team to develop and deliver recruiting strategyMaintains regular communication with client regarding order status and candidate updatesAccount ManagementProvide exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with our clients and employees.
Analyzes client recruiting needs and works with account team to develop and deliver recruiting strategyDevelops and delivers client orientation/onboarding programs for temporary employees.
QualificationsExcellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while performing multiple tasks and adjusting to changing priorities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and ATS.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Must be detail oriented, a self-starter, and dependable.
Minimum of 0 to 1 years experience in a recruiter position required.
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
