We will train you and provide all materials! Position
Summary:
This is a Full Time residential house cleaning position.
Cleaning VIPs will work independently on recurring jobs and on teams for larger one time jobs.
Our commission based pay ensures our Cleaning VIPs are compensated at the highest hourly rate for residential housecleaning.
Essential Duties:
Follow instructions & clean homes according to our standards, policies, and procedures Have great customer service skills and a positive attitude Follow check-in/check-out process and work orders in detail Communicate effectively with co-workers and office staff Have INTEGRITY Be RELIABLE
Qualifications:
Must be able to work FULL TIME, Monday - Friday 8:
30-5PM.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Must be able to lift 20 lbs, bend, pull, reach, kneel and work on your feet for 6-8 hours a day.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow written instructions.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to work around household pets.
Have a reliable smart phone.
MUST live within 10 miles of Geneva, IL Job Type:
