Safety Health & Environmental Manager Overview:
Our food manufacturing client in Geneva, IL is seeking The Safety Health and Environmental Manager is dedicated to ensuring safe practices, reducing injuries, implementing proactive safety processes, fostering environmental awareness, and conducting robust training programs.
Responsibilities:
Ensure safe practices, regulatory compliance, and risk management at the manufacturing site.
Enforce McCormick Safety policies, implement behavior-based safety systems, and analyze incidents.
Develop meaningful safety measures for performance improvements and lower Total Incident Rate (TIR).
Communicate organizational Safety, Health, and Environment objectives and strategies.
Lead Safety Functional Leads, conduct reviews and facilitate action plans, training, and root cause analysis.
Implement policies for continuous improvement and compliance.
Conduct safety audits, plan reviews, and encourage best practices sharing.
Assist in site annual Safety, Health, and Environmental action plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or equivalent.
Certifications preferred:
ASP, CSP, CIH, Advanced Safety Certifications, OSHA 501 and 511.
3-5 years of Safety, Health, and Environment management in manufacturing (food manufacturing strongly preferred).
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and State safety/environmental regulations.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate strategy into actionable information.
Bilingual skills preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
