Overlooking the Fox River in Geneva, Illinois, our unique AAA 4-Diamond retreat offers a quaint and intimate ambiance, gracious, personalized hospitality and elegant, yet eminently comfortable accommodations.
We are seeking a part-time Overnight Security agent to secure our property nightly and assist with after-hour guest requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Secure hotel property (interior & exterior) & Banquet spaces.
Walk hotel property premises several times per night, ensuring all doors and entrances are locked and secure.
Ensure all public areas of hotel (interior & exterior) are tidy and free of debris.
Communicate thoroughly and professionally with Night Audit regarding guest needs and requests.
Assist guests in a professional and immediate manner with room requests such as delivering towels, linens, toiletries, etc.
to guest rooms.
Conduct self in a professional manner with the awareness that all actions and communications are within guest view.
Maintain cleanliness of Front Desk and ensure work area is orderly and properly stocked.
Maintain high level of confidentiality with all guest information.
Maintain proper appearance and uniform standards.
Develop and maintain positive communication and teamwork with all co-workers and supervisors; communicate thoroughly and professionally with all departments regarding guest needs and requests.
Deliver excellent customer service in an efficient manner while acknowledging and greeting guests.
Other duties, as assigned by Night Auditor.
