We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our small but successful team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing files, coordinating appointments, filing legal documents, and providing administrative support.

We are primarily in need of help on the following days and times (however, the medium-term plan is to make this position full time):
Monday afternoon (1-6) Tuesday afternoon (1-6) Thursday afternoon (10-4) Requirements:
- Good computer skills - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to communicate effectively with clients (over phone, text and email) - Willingness to learn No prior experience is necessary if you're the right person with the right attitude.
